Still riding the energy from Founders Without Limits, a session we hosted at SHACK15 to help technical immigrant founders navigate the O-1 visa.
Over 80 founders and aspiring entrepreneurs joined us to learn what it really takes to qualify for the O-1, from awards and press to judging panels and published work. We also covered what founders can do early to lay the foundation for a strong application, even if they’re still on OPT or F-1.
We created this event because we’ve seen the same thing over and over again: brilliant, technical minds who are ready to build, but stuck because of visa uncertainty.
